Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC Announces Payment Date for Dividend on Class A Shares


NEW YORK, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (NYSE: OZM) announces that its fourth-quarter 2007 dividend in the amount of $1.20 per Class A share will be paid on February 12, 2008 to holders of record of Class A shares on December 31, 2007.
