Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC to Release 2010 Third Quarter Results and Announce 2010 Third Quarter Dividend on November 2, 2010

Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (NYSE: OZM) (the "Company") plans to announce its results and dividend for the 2010 third quarter on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 in a press release that will be issued prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange. This release will be issued after the Company's Form 8-K disclosure of the estimated returns of certain Och-Ziff funds as of October 31, 2010 and estimated assets under management as of November 1, 2010.
