(a)The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on June 24, 2021.

(b)At the Annual Meeting, the Shareholders:
(i)elected Ms. Meghna Desai, Ms. Marcy Engel and Mr. Bharath Srikrishnan as Class II directors to serve for a term of three years and until their successors are duly elected or appointed and qualified; and
(ii)ratified the selection of Ernst & Young LLP to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2021;
